At Salt +Pepper Hide, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (where applicable).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and any damage.
- A brief description of the issue.
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement item (where available), or
- A full refund.
Genuine Leather & Cowhide Products
Many of our products are made from genuine leather and natural cowhide. Variations in colour, markings, texture and pattern are natural characteristics and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom or personalised products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
