We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.

Standard Shipping
Delivery times typically range from 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $250.

Shipping costs for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout.

Rural & Remote Areas

As we are based in regional New South Wales, delivery to rural or remote locations may take a little longer than estimated.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Salt + Pepper Hide is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays can occur that are outside our control.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
